Regroup is a leading mass notification platform that helps organizations communicate critical information quickly and reliably during emergencies and everyday operations alike. When I joined the company, its digital presence no longer reflected the strength of the product or the reputation it had established within the industry. As the lead visual designer supporting the brand, I was responsible for modernizing the company's visual identity, redesigning its website, and developing a broad range of marketing assets across digital and print channels. Through a cohesive brand system built around trust, clarity, and responsiveness, I helped position Regroup as a modern technology leader while creating a stronger foundation for marketing, sales, and future product growth.

BRANDING
One of my first priorities at Regroup was establishing a cohesive brand identity where very little previously existed. While the company had a mature product and strong reputation, its visual presence lacked consistency and the website no longer reflected the quality of the platform. I developed a brand system rooted in trust, clarity, and responsiveness. These are the same qualities users expect from a critical communications platform. Deep blues provide a sense of stability and reassurance, while strategic red accents create moments of urgency that echo the purpose of emergency notifications and time-sensitive alerts. Communication waves, mapping references, and soft curved forms became recurring visual motifs, symbolizing the transmission of information across communities, organizations, and emergency response networks. The goal was to create a brand that felt calm and dependable in everyday use, yet capable of commanding attention when every second matters.

The website was redesigned from the ground up to bring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal to a content-rich experience. Every decision from the sitemap to the interface design, was guided by the goal of making information easier to navigate while increasing conversions.
Module Design
Given the depth and complexity of the content, a key objective was to improve scannability without sacrificing information. I designed a modular content system that grouped related topics into intuitive, menu-driven sections. Interactive filters and progressive disclosure patterns, such as hover-activated flip cards, enabled users to explore content at their own pace while keeping the interface clean and visually engaging.
Interface Highlights
The Regroup website was redesigned to better communicate the value of a complex enterprise platform while improving usability and conversion performance. As the company expanded its digital presence, the challenge was to present a large volume of product information, industry specific content, and resources in a way that felt clear, organized, and approachable.

Content marketing was a significant part of Regroup's growth strategy. Over the years, I designed a large library of guides, case studies, reports, and educational resources, translating complex information into clear, engaging layouts optimized for both web and print.
A COMPANY WELLNESS INITIATIVE
To support Regroup's commitment to employee wellbeing, the company launched Thrive, an internal wellness program focused on fostering healthier habits and stronger engagement. I developed branding, campaign materials, and promotional assets for many of its initiatives.
